Russell Fountain
President & CEO
Russell offers a rare blend of industry knowledge, field expertise and executive leadership. Russell’s origins in the industry began very early, growing up in a family rooted in insurance—his father spent 40 years as a property adjuster. After earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, he spent the following 15 years as a licensed adjuster across multiple states, gaining hands-on experience in property claims and complex loss scenarios. Mr. Fountain continued his career path, working for an international disaster recovery firm for the next 10 years. He served in various leadership roles, where he managed large-loss recovery operations and coordinated emergency response efforts nationwide. Over a ten-year span, he progressed from estimator and account executive to regional oversight, supporting operations across multiple Gulf Coast states.
In 2017, Russell founded Global Disaster Solutions (GDS), a consulting and disaster recovery firm focused on major property losses and catastrophic events. His experience spans hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, mold, hazardous materials, and biohazard incidents—giving him the insight and credibility to support stakeholders through every stage of a loss.
Today, as CEO of LFG Building Consultants, Russell continues to lead with clarity, integrity, and a deep understanding of the disaster recovery and construction environment. Under his leadership, LFG has grown into a nationally recognized firm known for its technical expertise, responsiveness, and commitment to impartial, high-quality service.
Russell lives in Mobile, Alabama, with his wife and two children. ▼
Bobbi Mace-Maldonado
EVP & COO
Bobbi is passionate about operational excellence and driving meaningful results. She is committed to supporting high-performing teams and ensuring that every function within the organization reflects LFG’s mission to redefine great service in the building and construction consulting space. With a leadership style grounded in values, accountability, and collaboration, Bobbi is known for creating trust and alignment across teams, clients, and partners.
She holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and dual bachelor's degrees from Indiana University Indianapolis: a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with concentrations in Human Resources and International Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She is fluent in Spanish, a certified home inspector, and an avid lifelong learner.
Bobbi lives in Florida with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with her family at church, spending time at the beach, and giving back to her community. Her deep sense of devotion—to God, family, and her work—guides everything she does. ▼
Jamie Seibel
EVP & Chief Client Officer
Jamie began his professional career in the construction industry after graduating from Seton Hall University in 1993. Early in his career, he was instrumental in the manufacturing, installation, and sales of cultured marble products in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before becoming a partner in a South Florida-based HVAC company. There, he oversaw sales, service, training, and innovation for both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning system.
In 2004, Jamie transitioned into the insurance industry, quickly becoming a licensed multi-line adjuster. After several years of field experience, he advanced into a sales leadership role with an independent adjusting firm, where he drove business development, managed national and local accounts, and cultivated relationships with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, agents, attorneys, government entities, and risk pools. He also supported catastrophe operations nationwide, including response efforts for Hurricanes Sandy, Michael, Irma, Harvey, and others.
Jamie’s extensive background in construction, restoration, and insurance adjusting makes him a trusted leader in both daily and catastrophic loss environments. His approach is rooted in responsiveness, strong communication, and a client-first mindset. Over the past 20 years, Jamie has built a reputation for reliability, insight, and long-term relationship management.
He currently resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with his wife and children. ▼
